Update for the week ending Fri, 13 Feb, 2026

Week of massive product breakthrough driven by my first Opportunity-Solution Tree: CMF Hypothesis, Top 10 Companies research prompt, and renewed client hope. Also wrote "Revenue Isn't Enough" blog post and created PMF Marketing Strategy in one inspired morning.

Omg so many, where do I even start? I can’t believe this all happened just this week:

  • Created my first Opportunity-Solution Tree for the outcome “Increase job-relevant networking conversations”, which led to all the ‘innovation’ in the next bullet points…
  • Created the Candidate-Market Fit Hypothesis (CMF) framework + Listening Tour Guidelines to validate it with peers and hiring managers from Top 10 Companies.
    • Successfully formulated Client F’s CMF Hypothesis. Next, will be rolling it out to Clients J and Z. When J and I talked about in its idea stage, she said this is giving her renewed hope and energy.
    • On the Listening Tour, client G already said it’s going to be a massive improvement in making the most of his networking conversations.
  • Created a mega prompt to generate a personalized Top 10 Companies list. It researches and creates a stack-ranked list of companies in a spreadsheet, where the client's profile matches employer needs so perfectly that hiring managers should be excited to find them. Includes company profile (industry, stage, problems), how client's differentiated approach adds value to the company specifically, likelihood that they hire in English (inc. evidence), outreach hooks, etc. If the quality in real life is as good as it is from random sampling, this will be a game changer...

Sales & Marketing

  • Wrote 1 blog post Revenue Isn't Enough: How I'm Building for Client Outcomes, Not Just Sales and shared it as a LinkedIn post. It's probably too technical and nerdy to get views, but this one was important for me to write.
  • Figured out my PMF Marketing Strategy and how all roads lead to the program page. It all just came pouring out of me from 7am to 10am, when I wasn’t even planning to do it… I'm extremely happy about this because it finally connects all my marketing thoughts and ideas, and shows how everything fits together. On one page!

Client Delivery

  • Finalized CMF Hypothesis & discussed CV w/ Client F
  • Did mock interview w/ Client A & Client L
  • Strategized COO interview prep w/ Client D
  • Caught up w/ Client G — He landed a new interview next week, and I told him about the Top 10 Companies + Listening Tour.
  • Caught up w/ Client F — We talked about short term and mid term goals, inc. building his personal brand and long term relationships for planned moved to Germany in 1.5 years.
  • Role played networking call w/ Client K — He just scheduled his first networking call, and it was a smashing success. It was scheduled for 15mins, but they talked for 50mins!
