Weekly Update: Apr 18β24, 2026 This week: exceeded my old Forto salary, put my entire business into a GitHub repo, and got a lot of product thinking done: feature matrix, CMF questionnaire, and client journey spec.

Weekly Update: Apr 4-10, 2026 New client, finally driving the north star metric for client success, picking a CRM, and a case study that reminded me the program works and changes lives.

Weekly Update: Mar 21β27, 2026 Rather than my standard sections, I wanted to focus this week on the big picture: getting to a six-figure β¬100k run rate in 2026, managing cashflow after joining a $24k program, and what I'm changing to make it happen, starting with the offer and ICP.
Weekly Update: Mar 14β20, 2026 Ended a client engagement that wasn't working, joined a $24,000 coaching program for career coaches, Client G got an offer before he even landed in Germany, and broke my 10k PR: 57:57!! π
Weekly Update: Mar 7β13, 2026 Week of a client getting hired, the onboarding overhaul I finally did after 1.5 years, and group calls that finally felt like a group conversation.
Weekly Update: Feb 28βMar 5, 2026 Week of hitting KPIs (β¬1,800 booked, 2 new clients closed) and making a hard decision: cancelled 6 discovery calls to protect capacity and focus on the clients who've already paid. Also ran 100km in February.
Weekly Update: Feb 21-27, 2026 Major pricing decision (raised the price by 43%, from β¬2,100 β β¬3,000), sales & marketing flow (4 discovery calls, 1 confirmed new client, and 4 closing calls lined up for next week), and published a post I'm most proud of yet: my values.
