Rocket German Walk + Anki

Today, I felt a little feverish, probably from the second shot of the COVID-19 vaccine.

I didn't work at all, but I still did my "Rocket German Walk + Anki" habit. I've been doing it almost every weekday for a month. It's the only process for learning German that I've found to be enjoyable, effective, and sustainable.

Basically, I take a walk every weekday afternoon and listen to a Rocket German audio lesson. Each lesson is about 30 minutes long. It's a dialogue between two native German speakers concerning a relevant topic. You repeat after them to practice pronunciation and recall.

After that, I add the phrases I learned to Anki, a flashcard app, to help put the phrases into my long-term memory.

According to Anki, I review 116 card per day, have a total of 735 cards, 88 of which are 'mature'.

I schedule it for 14:30 every weekday, but adjust depending on what happens that day.
